How You’ll Make a Difference

The Learning Product Manager is a pivotal role within PMI’s Learning Strategy and Innovation team, responsible for guiding the development, success, and lifecycle management of assigned learning products. These products may include print and digital publications, courses, instructor-led training materials, short articles, and micro-learning resources. The role ensures that products align with PMI’s strategy, meet customer needs, and achieve business objectives. The Learning Product Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality learning solutions while driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate professional experience required; advanced degree in education, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the learning, publishing, or education technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and design thinking.
  • Technical aptitude to effectively collaborate with development teams.
  • Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with demonstrated ability to partner effectively with internal leaders and cross-functional teams.
