Piper Companies is looking for a Learning Sales Specialist - Business Development Manager to join a leading technology learning and certification organization supporting U.S. Federal clients in a fully remote role working EST hours. The ideal Learning Sales Specialist - Business Development Manager will deliver tailored learning solutions that align with customer goals and drive workforce transformation.

Responsibilities for the Learning Sales Specialist - Business Development Manager:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to federal customers and partners, aligning learning solutions with business and technology goals
  • Design and deliver customized learning roadmaps focused on certifications, training, and workforce development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the full sales lifecycle—from discovery to renewal
  • Represent the organization at industry events and webinars as a thought leader in IT learning and enablement

Qualifications for Learning Sales Specialist - Business Development Manager:
  • 5+ years' experience in partner sales, channel sales or business development within the technology or learning industry
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
  • Strong understanding of IT certifications, training programs, and federal buying programs
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate value to stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience using CRM tools and productivity platforms such as Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field

Compensation/Benefits for the Learning Sales Specialist - Business Development Manager:
  • Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
