GP Strategies Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a part‑time Learning Specialist who is passionate about delivering meaningful learning experiences and helping others grow. If you love facilitating, connecting with learners, and bringing content to life both in-person and virtually, this role offers the perfect blend of flexibility, impact, and variety.

What You’ll Do:
  • As a Learning Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of creating engaging and effective learning experiences. In this role, you will:
  • Deliver a wide variety of training programs 
  • Lead energetic and effective classroom instruction.
  • Manage and facilitate training sessions that support learner needs and meet key learning objectives.
  • Review and evaluate training materials to ensure content is accurate, aligned with organizational needs, and suitable for diverse learner backgrounds.
  • Adapt instructional techniques and media to support multiple learning styles and create dynamic learning environments.
  • Monitor learner engagement, track progress, and assess program effectiveness.
  • Foster an environment where participants feel encouraged, engaged, and empowered to participate freely.

We’re Looking for candidates with Experience In:
  • Training Evaluation – Measuring the impact and effectiveness of learning programs
  • Learning Facilitation – Leading engaging learning sessions
  • Needs Assessment – Identifying learner and organizational needs
  • Content Curation – Sourcing and refining training content
  • Strategic Planning in Learning & Development (L&D) – Aligning learning solutions to long-term goals
