Learning Specialist

The Opportunity:
Design, implement, and evaluate an organization's learning courses and programs. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.

You Have:
  • Experience with the development of Navy training curriculum
  • Experience with the Manpower Estimate Reports (MERs) or Navy Training System Plans (NTSPs)
  • Knowledge of Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) Advisory Boards, and NTSP review letters
  • Knowledge of training development and updating program reviews and presentations, Fleet training data calls, and Training Requirement Reviews (TRRs)
  • Ability to review and update Navy Training Requirements Plan (TRP) elements
  • Ability to administer support documentation such as NTSPs, within the Coalition Military Assistance Training Team (CMATT) or HARPS
  • Ability to update program training materials, media, and equipment, including standard Naval Education and Training (NAVEDTRA) and Integrated Learning Environment (ILE) products
  • Ability to present NAVWAR training presentations during meetings and conferences
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
