Responsibilities
  • Partner with managers and employees to identify learning needs and recommend development solutions.
  • Assist in the design, coordination, and facilitation of in-person and virtual training programs, including new hire orientation, management training, and firm values sessions.
  • Prepare instructional materials, job aids, and presentation content for firm training programs.
  • Manage logistics for learning initiatives, including scheduling, tracking participation, and maintaining learning records in the LMS.
  • Support firmwide learning initiatives such as performance management and compliance training.
  • Maintain and update training calendars, Learning Management System (LMS) data, and learning portal pages.
  • Coordinate quarterly management meetings and related communications.
  • Serve as a backup for key departmental functions such as LMS management, CLE tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 4 years in training, learning, or professional development.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and present confidently at all levels of the firm, from staff to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Learning Management Systems and eLearning software a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; ability to adapt delivery to various audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
