The Learning Systems Technologist collaborates with faculty, staff, and IT teams to strengthen digital teaching and learning. The role supports integration and maintenance of instructional technologies, ensures compliance with customer policies, and provides consultation, training, and technical guidance to meet diverse user needs across virtual and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills with experience collaborating across IT, faculty, and instructional teams in higher education environments.
Expertise with Microsoft 365, MS Teams for Education, web-based tools, and familiarity with classroom technologies and multimedia equipment.
Knowledge of learning theory, instructional design, micro-learning, competency-based education, and desired skills in image editing, motion graphics, audio/video production, and data visualization.
