Job Summary/Basic FunctionsThe University of Mary Washington has a great opportunity to join our team as a Licensing/Marketing Coordinator. This position supports Business Services with efficient, student-centric and responsive coordination in this dynamic division to include Licensing, Contract Administration, Marketing and coordination with supplier and campus stakeholders.

Required KSAs/Competencies/QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following demonstrated KSAs:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Understanding of branding principles, design approval processes and basic principles related to licensing and intellectual property
Working knowledge of WordPress or another website maintenance tool
Ability to read, interpret and document procedures and workflow processes
Ability to read, extract and organize data and recognize potential problems and opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast- paced environment
Ability to work independently, exercise good judgement, demonstrate initiative and be resourceful
Business work experience
