Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Work with leaders and teammates to steer the strategic direction and management of Lifecycle Engagement/Referral Platform including campaign design and consultation with stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance on content creation for including ideation, planning, and fielding requests from stakeholders.
- Support administrative approvals for activity completion within.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for the new platform, including College Management, RAMs, student teams, Career services, and many other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the social media team to create engagement with social pages through.
- Collaborate with Alumni stakeholders, to help create awareness for alumni resources, and engagement through platform.
- Design campaigns and comprehensive journeys for each audience in.
- Comprehensive reporting including overall platform engagement.
- Provide technical support to, in Coordination with Marketing Automation Managers
- Conduct tests to improve overall performance of to increase outcomes.
- Planning and implementation of booth for Referral program at live commencements.
- Pulling and creating reports for referrals and email campaigns for the referral program.
- Creation of referral campaigns.
- Back-end management for referral program, ensuring it runs smoothly and helping fix any bugs, or issues that arise.
- Manage Email inbox for customer relations for the referral program.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience testing communications and campaigns
- Aptitude for technology
- Understanding of technology integrations
- Budget management.
- Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
- Ability to meet with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills including proofreading and a critical eye for design.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 years of experience in Marketing field
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
