The Opportunity
To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team. This role is responsible for overseeing and supporting the day-to-day operations of the marketing operations team, managing requests, executing campaigns and enabling lifecycle marketing programs. Partnering with our internal stakeholders, this role is instrumental in improving operational excellence, efficiency and scalability of the team.
This includes:
- Overseeing the marketing operations intake process. This includes triage, prioritization, tracking, project planning, proactive communication, and expectation setting
- Coordinateing cross-functional projects and campaigns, collaborating closely with lifecycle marketing, product, engineering teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Supporting campaign journey builds, quality assurance, and deployment to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Documenting and socializing of processes, QA, best practices, and tools to standardize campaign execution across self-serve stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive campaign reporting and channel health metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Marketing operations is a dynamic field that sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and engineering, offering a variety of growth paths. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to project management, coding, analytics and experimentation, design and creative development, as well as lifecycle and growth marketing strategy. This position is ideal for those eager to develop a broad, versatile skill set and advance their career in marketing operations and beyond.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2C or B2B2C Marketing operations experience, ideally with enterprise-level software such as Iterable, Braze, Adobe, Klavyo or customer I/O.
- Strong project management skills using tools such as Asana, Jira, Airtable or Coda, including developing new processes and automations in such tools.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, including prioritization and expectation setting
- Proactive and detail-oriented: Can seamlessly align stakeholders, details, and timelines toward a specific goal and recognize operational needs and opportunities for improvement
- Familiar with reporting, experimentation and campaign analytics. SQL is a huge plus.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
United States:
Zone 1: $98,000 – $134,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $88,000 – $121,000 /year (USD)
