What You’ll Do
Own our LMS end-to-end: configure content, manage users, build reports and troubleshoot issuesPartner with SMEs to create blended learning paths (e.g., eLearning, videos, job aids, quizzes)Script, storyboard and produce micro-learning videos and podcasts that keep learners coming backExperiment with live video sessions and hands-on editing to create innovative learning experiencesProvide updated information for the intranet Learning and Development pageLeverage LMS gamification and tools along with intranet campaigns to drive voluntary adoptionCoordinate CEU and compliance training by partnering with vendors and internal resourcesTrack completion and pass-rate metrics and translate insights into content improvementsPilot new delivery methods: pitch and test new formats like podcasts, live streams or social learning

What You Bring
5+ years in L&D with hands-on LMS administration (any system)Strong instructional design skills for digital and live learningExperience with video creation: live streaming, editing, podcast production or similarProven project management abilityData savvy - able to turn platform analytics into action plansA self-starter mindset and eagerness to wear multiple hats
