Location: Remote or Corporate HQ
Annual Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000

About the Role
Ob Hospitalist Group is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy LMS Administrator to join our HR team. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) to drive organizational learning, compliance, and employee engagement. This position supports our mission of fostering continuous growth and development by ensuring the seamless operation of our LMS platforms and integrated learning technologies. 

Key Responsibilities 
  •  System Administration: Manage daily operations of LMS systems—user accounts, course uploads, configurations, and troubleshooting—to ensure system reliability.
  • Data Management & Auditing: Maintain data integrity through regular audits, updates, and process improvements.
  • LMS Content Management: Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to organize, upload, and maintain compliant, engaging training content.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and generate actionable reports to measure learning effectiveness and track KPIs.
  • User Support: Manage the Learning inbox and deliver exceptional customer service to employees and managers.
  • Training Program Development: Support the design, rollout, and evaluation of training programs aligned with organizational needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current on LMS innovations and best practices to improve learner experience and system performance.

Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or LMS Administration.
  • Proven track record of learning new skills and demonstrating flexibility in a highly evolving environment.  
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software. 

Preferred Experience
 
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-CP).
  • Experience supporting physician or clinical learning environments.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
