Set up, administer, and secure on-premises and cloud-based Linux servers.
Develop and test machine learning models and analyses, including pipelines with large language models and CUDA technology.
Package analyses into research products such as Jupyter notebooks, Python/R packages, and Docker containers.
Deploy ML pipelines into production environments supporting UCI Health research and operations.
Develop testing and monitoring tools, including regression tests and performance dashboards.
Maintain and debug full-stack ML pipelines from hardware to user interface components.
