Lead department staff and coordinate with university leadership to coach and recognize employees.
Conduct needs assessments, design curriculum, facilitate workshops live and online, and evaluate program effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in related fields required; 3 years of related experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) and familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday.
Preferred certifications in Learning and Development, curriculum design, or adult education.
Preferred experience includes 4-5 years in Learning and Development and 1-2 years in Higher Education.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-learning software such as Adobe Captivate preferred.
Salary range between $67,161.67 and $73,877.83 with full-time (1.0 FTE) and exempt status.
Works under the Associate Vice President/CHRO within the Administration and Finance division.
