Manager, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis

What you will do here:
  • Ad hoc analyses based on corporate initiatives that require in depth understanding of spend, investments, and transformations across the whole organization
  • Builds and maintains models to support long-term decisions by understanding profit and loss impacts
  • Develops financial projections for planning and investment decisions including proforma M&A activity
  • Assists in developing market and competitor intelligence and analyzing business opportunities
  • Assists in crafting budgeting and forecasting decks for executive discussions
  • Collaborates with FP&A team members and business partners to lead financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue and expense driver analysis
  • Identifies efficiency opportunities based on business unit economics
  • Proactively identifies key insights in performance trends and provides analysis
  • Streamlines planning and reporting processes for continuous improvement including AI-enabled tools and procedures
  • Supports external investor presentations and data requirements for reporting
     
Skills you will need here:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in FP&A, private equity, or a similar role
  • Knowledge of financial statements - Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to balance multiple activities
  • Aptitude for utilizing AI and partnering in operational transformations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and a willingness to collaborate
  • Self-starter who takes initiative; confident under pressure and meets deadlines

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
In this position,  you will be eligible to participate in the company's discretionary incentive bonus program.  This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.  15% Annual: Individual Target
