This position will be partially based in the following office location:
Manchester, NH
For hybrid roles, employees must be able to commute to Manchester, NH on a regular basis.
The opportunity
The Manager of Collection Assessment and Resource Sharing oversees and performs collection assessment activities in alignment with policy and strategic direction, utilizing data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities. They provide leadership and management for the University Library's resource sharing and delivery service, including interlibrary loan, off-campus library services and document delivery to the SNHU community. They collaborate with stakeholders across the university to ensure library collections are robust, effective, and support university and learner needs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with collection assessment and analysis practices within academic libraries
Knowledge of ILL standards and policies, including copyright compliance
Prior supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of library acquisitions practices
Experience with library resource delivery systems and integrated library systems, OCLC Tipasa and/or FOLIO

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $58,455.00 - $93,546.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $64,593.00 - $87,391.00.
