Insight on your impact:
Technical Training & Systems Enablement 
  • Design, build, and deploy scalable technical training programs across core business systems including CRM, ERP, and other critical technologies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify system training needs and ensure effective adoption of tools and processes.
  • Develop structured learning paths to enhance technical proficiency and operational excellence across the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement of system training through feedback, usage data, and evolving business needs. 
Build the L&D Strategy  
  • Design and implement a global L&D strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
  • Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and prioritize development initiatives.
  • Establish a scalable learning framework across regions and functions. 
Leadership & Talent Development 
  • Create and roll out leadership development programs for emerging and senior leaders.
  • Build succession planning and high-potential development pathways.
  • Support leaders with tools and guidance on performance, feedback, and team development. 
Sales & Commercial Enablement 
  • Develop training programs that support revenue-driving teams (sales onboarding, product training, negotiation skills).
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives.  
Learning Programs & Infrastructure 
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure a consistent and effective new hire experience.
  • Implement and optimize learning platforms (LMS and related tools).
  • Curate and develop engaging learning content across digital and in-person formats. 
Performance & Impact Measurement 
  • Define and track success metrics for L&D initiatives (engagement, retention, performance improvement).
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve programs and demonstrate impact. 
Team & Stakeholder Leadership 
  • Build and lead the L&D function as it scales.
  • Partner with senior leaders across regions and departments.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development. 
Your qualifications, your influence:
To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills 
  • 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field.
  • Experience building or evolving L&D programs in a fast-paced or global environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align learning initiatives to organizational goals.
  • Experience supporting sales or commercial teams is a plus.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with modern learning technologies and digital learning strategies
