Manager, Sales Enablement
Role Description:
As a Manager of Sales Enablement at MagicSchool, you will play a critical role in optimizing our sales team’s performance by leveraging data-driven insights, shaping sales methodologies, and ensuring strategic, cross-functional alignment. You will be responsible for building scalable, data-informed enablement programs that help AEs close deals faster and navigate market complexity with confidence. You’ll connect the dots between insights, execution, and growth - ensuring our sales team is always equipped with the right tools, content, training, and context to succeed.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will drive the following outcomes:
- Deliver Scalable Enablement Program: Design and implement a scalable enablement strategy aligned with business goals. Build, launch, and iterate onboarding and continuous development programs that reinforce sales methodologies and enhance team performance.
- Create & Curate Enablement Assets: Deliver tools, frameworks, and messaging that empower AEs to move deals forward and engage stakeholders effectively. This includes talk tracks, training modules, sales decks, and more.
- Champion Sales Excellence: Reinforce sales methodology while making it real through examples, templates, and role-plays. Proactively deliver insight-driven materials and design AE collaboration moments that drive learning, unblock deals, and accelerate momentum.
- Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales performance data from Salesforce and tools like Slack, Gong, Chili Piper, and others to uncover trends, performance gaps, and opportunities.
- Close the Feedback Loop: Partner with Sales and Cross-functional teams to surface field insights and performance blockers - and translate them into fast, relevant solutions.
Qualifications/Competencies/Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Sales Enablement Expertise: Proven experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a strategic sales leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of EdTech industry, specifically within the US K-12 education market
- Operational Leadership: Proven ability to build programs from scratch and iterate fast, success aligning stakeholders in cross-functional environments.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in interpreting sales data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations.
- Strategic Insight: Ability to recognize what matters, surface early signals or blind spots, and influence up, down, and across based on what the data really says.
- Executive-Level Communication: Strong ability to engage with senior leadership, present insights, and drive decision-making across teams.
Experience:
- Sales Leadership: 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales strategy, or sales leadership within the K-12 EdTech industry
