Responsibilities

Leads one or more engineering teams in an agile development environment
Recruits and cultivates highly engaged teams, coaching members on career growth
Manages team performance through goal setting, coaching, recognition, and regular check-ins
Partners with Product Management to establish product objectives and prioritize backlogs
Leads continuous improvement of software development processes in collaboration with peers and architects

Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing software development teams in an agile environment
History of delivering successful large-scale projects from inception to release
Experience with software engineering best practices, including design patterns, decoupled architectures, test-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines
