We are building the first-ever Immune Digital Twin – a personalizable computer replica of the immune system – to enable everyone and anyone to assess and optimize the health of their immune system and simulate and predict its future ability to respond to diseases.

As a Manager, Software Engineering (Temporary), you will:

  • Oversee the design and evolution of the infrastructure
  • Manage the software development team
  • Translate product roadmaps into scalable software solutions
  • Design and adhere to software development processes and best practices.

Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related degree
  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript (ES6), React, Node.js, AngularJS, WebGL, Docker, and Python
  • 5+ years of experience managing a software development team of 5 or more people using modern software development management processes (e.g., Agile dev)
  • 5+ years of experience working with Jira, GitLab, or similar applications
  • 5+ years of experience working with a product management team to facilitate the translation of product requirements into engineering specifications and sprint tasks
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Desire to work on a highly complex infrastructure that requires tight integration and communication with the computational, mathematical, and biophysical scientists.
  • Experience in diverse technologies and technical challenges, in services development, systems engineering, and distributed PaaS/SaaS infrastructure.
