What You Will Do

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 8 years of experience in training, change management, or project management
Experience managing complex projects
Proficiency in virtual learning methods (eLearning, webinars, videos)
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree
Experience designing and delivering training programs for system implementation projects
Experience with ERP system implementation and global application deployment projects
Experience supporting international projects

$115,600 - $245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
