Job description
Are you passionate about empowering teams through impactful learning experiences? At Stryker, you will play a critical role in enabling successful global ERP deployments by designing, implementing, and improving training strategies that drive adoption, performance, and sustainability. What You Will Do
  • Analyze global training needs and design scalable training strategies, curricula, and performance support materials to ensure long-term adoption and effectiveness
  • Lead the creation and execution of training project plans (L1–L3), ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality
  • Oversee training implementation for global systems, including ERP and supporting applications, and evaluate effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, trainer assignments, and delivery of Train-the-Trainer sessions
  • Manage role mapping activities and partner with security and application teams to ensure timely access for end users
  • Collaborate with change management leads to drive engagement and reinforce learning through Learning Lab strategies
  • Lead cross-divisional teams to deliver training without direct authority, fostering collaboration and alignment
  • Present training strategies and progress updates to stakeholders, creating enthusiasm and ensuring end-user participation

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in training, change management, or project management
  • Experience managing complex projects
  • Proficiency in virtual learning methods (eLearning, webinars, videos)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs for system implementation projects
  • Experience with ERP system implementation and global application deployment projects
  • Experience supporting international projects

$115,600 - $245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
