About the Role:
Digital marketing and analytics have become critical, and the process of extracting a valuable story and actionable action is vital. The Web Analytics Manager leads the everyday digital analytics to support Wiley University Services efforts across our many websites and media pages. This position will work closely with the Sr. Director of Digital Optimization, UX team, product owners, and agencies to become a data-driven storyteller through web analytics insights.
How you will make an impact:
- Deliver actionable, standardized web analytics KPIs, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting.
- Act as the everyday resource for web analytics questions, problem-solving, and exploration
- Be a strategic partner for the various Wiley teams around user experience, journey analysis, funnel performance.
- Convey strategic ad-hoc insights extracted from web analytics to leaders across the business.
What we look for :
- Bachelor's degree required, marketing or statistics background preferred.
- 3 years or more of relative work experience.
- Expertise in working with web analytics platforms, preferably GA360 and GA4.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio or other data visualization tools.
- Displays knowledge of user experience principles and evolving digital trends.

It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies
