Role & Responsibilities

As the Managing Director, Strategy & Operations, you will drive strategic initiatives that actualize Bold’s vision for a world-class K-12 public education as we prepare for growth. To help achieve our vision, we are searching for a candidate with 5+ years of strategic leadership experience in a high-performing setting. Ideal candidates will have a solutions- and systems-oriented mindset, the ability to coach teams to high levels of achievement, and a foundational belief that every child can succeed when we create a culture that holds everyone—team, students, and families— to high expectations.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop a deep understanding of Bold’s goals, vision, values, and model
Drive a multi-year strategy that supports school performance and growth
Lead the ongoing development of Bold's research and data functions
Establish and monitor strategic organizational performance metrics; design and implement systems that contribute to achieving team objectives
Model Bold’s core values, building a positive student and team culture
Demonstrate a mission-first mindset that ensures all decisions and actions are aligned to Bold's goals, standards, and rooted in what is best for student achievement

Compensation

Bold Charter School offers highly competitive compensation, in the top range of comparable positions. The starting salary for this position is $150-180,000 annually and includes a full benefits package.
