As a product-minded TPM, you'll work closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to bring the data platform vision to life. You'll translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable plans, ensure work is well-sequenced and aligned to priorities, and help deliver scalable, well-integrated solutions that support innovation across TFA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Program & Delivery Management
  • Drive execution of the data platform roadmap in partnership with Engineering leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical strategy.

  • Manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives with interdependencies, balancing scope, timelines, and resources to deliver consistent outcomes.
Technical Translation & Product Partnership
  • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs, consumer feedback, and strategic priorities into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Partner with data engineering teams to document current-state architecture, data flows, and dependencies in a way that is accessible and durable.
  • Collaborate with product managers and technical leads to refine requirements, sequence work, and ensure shared understanding of outcomes and tradeoffs.
Data Platform & Architecture Alignment
  • Partner cross-functionally across IT domains to ensure data platform initiatives align with broader enterprise architecture and technical roadmaps.
  • Support the evolution of data architecture by identifying opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, data quality, and usability in service of business needs.
  • Maintain a holistic view of the data ecosystem, helping teams anticipate downstream impacts and integration considerations.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
  • Provide clear, consistent communication on progress, risks, and delivery status to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and present roadmaps, plans, and status updates that support decision-making and transparency.
  • Proactively surface risks, tradeoffs, and escalation points while proposing thoughtful mitigation strategies.
