The Impact You Will Make
The Market Strategy and Research team is a consultative ‘central hub' market research team within Integrated Marketing at Risepoint, partnering across the business—including business development, partner management, marketing, and beyond. We are researchers and data storytellers who turn complex market data into clear, informative and actionable insights to help our partners achieve success. The Market Strategy and Research Analyst will conduct research activities to collect data and other information related university degree programs, trends in online education, and other related aspects of higher education.  The Analyst will work in close collaboration with the Manager of the Market Strategy and Research Department to produce dynamic and engaging reports in support of marketing, sales and strategic planning activities.  The primary role of the Analyst will be producing research and presenting research findings to various stakeholders.

What You Will Do
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative data related to university degree programs, online education trends, and the higher education landscape; analyze and interpret findings to deliver actionable, strategic insights and prescriptive recommendations. Translate research findings into practical implications that inform partner strategy, program development, market positioning, and decision-making.
  • Partner with the Manager of Market Strategy & Research to help scope research questions, define methodologies, and ensure insights align with business, marketing, and partner objectives.
  • Collect and synthesize insights from multiple sources—including internal stakeholders, industry data, and external research—to develop comprehensive market perspectives.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and visually compelling reports and presentations that translate complex data into engaging, easy-to-understand stories.
  • Present research findings to internal stakeholders and prospective or current partners, providing consultative guidance and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, business development, partner management, and other teams to support go-to-market strategies, sales conversations, and strategic planning. Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine analyses, improve storytelling, and continuously enhance the quality and usefulness of deliverables.
  • Stay current on higher education, online learning, and market research trends and best practices to inform ongoing and future research efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of team processes, templates, and tools to increase efficiency and scalability of research work.

Experience that Matters Most
  • 1-2 years of market research and data gathering experience, with a strong ability to compile data into reports and insights that support marketing, sales, and strategic decision-making, and a working knowledge of basic statistical approaches used to analyze and validate research findings.
  • Inquisitive problem-solver who is excited about learning and teaching; a self-starter capable of working independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent organization, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work while managing multiple projects and evolving priorities.

Experience That's Great to Have
