Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Lenexa, Kansas
Reports to: VP, Marketing & Sales Enablement
Who You Are:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing programs across events, social media, and campaign channels. This role is responsible for ensuring marketing initiatives are executed accurately, on time, and consistently across all touchpoints.
You will play a key role in coordinating conferences and field events, maintaining a consistent social presence, and ensuring leads generated from marketing efforts are captured and handed off effectively.
This is an execution-focused role that brings structure, consistency, and reliability to marketing programs while supporting the connection between marketing activity and pipeline.
Here are the abilities that we seek out:
- Coordinate logistics for conferences and field events, including materials, vendors, shipping, and booth setup
- Support onsite execution of events to ensure a smooth and professional experience
- Manage event timelines, checklists, and deliverables to ensure readiness and accuracy
- Draft, format, and publish content (social media, blogs, newsletters, etc.) aligned to campaign priorities
- Coordinate messaging and assets with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency across platforms
- Support webinar execution, including setup, scheduling, and coordination of logistics
- Monitor social engagement and flag notable trends or insights to the team
- Track marketing deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across campaigns and programs
- Coordinate marketing assets (emails, graphics, landing pages, etc.) and ensure alignment with campaign direction.
- Ensure all deliverables are accurate, complete, and ready for execution
- Track and organize leads captured from events and field marketing activities
- Ensure leads are properly documented and routed for follow-up
- Coordinate post-event follow-up with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely outreach
- Support visibility into event performance, including attendance, engagement, and follow-up status, and flag insights to the team.

Experience
- 1+ years of marketing, coordination, or events experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to execution quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or digital initiatives
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field of study preferred.
Technical/Platform Experience:
- Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- CRM tools (Salesforce)
- CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
- Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Basic familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools
