SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Finalsite’s dynamic event marketing and public relations teams. This role provides hands-on experience in event coordination, marketing automation, campaign management and thought leadership development – ideal for someone starting out in marketing, events, or communications/PR. This role will work across the event, comms and PR functions at Finalsite contributing to our brand visibility and growth.

LOCATION
100% Remote - Anywhere within the US

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage lead capture codes and Salesforce campaigns

  • Create landing pages and email campaigns for tradeshows and Finalsite-hosted events

  • Assist with budget tracking, expense documentation, and vendor coordination as needed.

  • Support project management efforts in ClickUp, ensuring smooth cross-department collaboration and workflow tracking.

  • Collaborate with team members to generate and execute on ideas for driving attendance and engagement at events

  • Assist with creating presentations, Canva graphics and other written comms materials

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong multimedia communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Comfortable using multiple martech platforms — experience with HubSpot, Canva, Zuddl, iCapture or similar tools is a plus

  • A team player who is proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
