As a Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in advancing our Interactive Platform, focusing on strategic marketing to enhance visibility and engagement by:

  • Developing and driving cross-franchise marketing campaigns to boost platform visibility.

  • Implementing strategies that use the platform's unique capabilities to improve franchise value.

  • Collaborating with leadership and partners for seamless marketing integration.

  • Analyzing campaign performance to improve effectiveness and drive innovation.

  • Creating core marketing assets and collaborating with our LEGO Agency to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.

The Interactive Platform Marketing Team drives some of LEGO®'s most innovative play platforms, blending creativity, consumer insights, and cross-functional collaboration. The Role:

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting cross-franchise campaign development. This position is integral to driving the adoption and success of our innovative interactive platform initiatives, ensuring consistent and engaging experiences across multiple franchises.
