Due to this continued success, we are seeking a Marketing Manager (Pharma) on 6 Months contract to join the team.

What is this about?

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, account-focused B2B marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for our digital medical platforms across key accounts and Pharma partners in India.

 

This role requires a deep understanding of priority customer segments, including Pharma organizations, academic institutions, and healthcare professionals, with a strong focus on persona development, account insights, and targeted engagement strategies.

 

What can you expect as our new Business Development Executive:

  • Lead the execution of India's account-based marketing (ABM) strategy aligned with McGraw Hill Professional (MHP) go-to-market objectives, focusing on a defined set of high-value Pharma and institutional accounts.
  • Leverage channels such as email (Marketo), digital campaigns, social media, WhatsApp Business, and partner ecosystems to engage target personas with the right message at the right time.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to support key account growth by identifying priority accounts, mapping stakeholders and decision-makers, and aligning on account objectives.
  • Build and scale co-marketing initiatives with Pharma partners, developing joint value propositions and campaigns that engage doctors and healthcare professionals on digital platforms.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales enablement and customer marketing initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize account-level marketing performance, measuring engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.

You should apply if:  

  • Experience in developing and marketing educational or academic content for healthcare professionals, with the ability to translate complex subject matter into relevant and engaging formats.
  • A proven track record of successful marketing campaign support and tactical execution in India.
  • Experience of working with agencies to deliver large scale campaigns and to manage agency to deliver against targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
