Role & Responsibilities
As a Master Teacher Fellow at Bold Charter School, you will build a deep understanding of Boldâs instructional model and work to achieve goals related to academic mastery, learning readiness, and family partnership. You will work closely with Boldâs leadership team, developing as a model for instructional excellence and impact at Bold. You will monitor and drive progress toward shared team and organizational priorities, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and growth, creating a culture of learning that invests students, families, and the team in shared goals.

Compensation
Bold Charter School offers highly competitive compensation, in the top 3% of comparable positions across New York City charter schools. The salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 annually and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
