Job Description
Join the LEGO® Group as a Media Planning Manager - helping shape the future of data-drive marketing at one of the world's most beloved brands! In this role you will deliver data-driven, high-impact digital media advertising campaigns that connect the LEGO Group with millions of fans and customers. This role combines critical thinking, cross-functional leadership, and deep platform expertise to help shape our media approach in a fast-evolving digital landscape. You will guide campaign strategy and execution, foster strong internal and external partnerships, and ensure our media investments deliver against both brand and commercial goals. 

Core Responsibilities 
  • Media Strategy & Vision - Drive and execute the LEGO Group's media planning for the Americas market group (US, Canada, LATAM), ensuring alignment with brand, marketing, and business objectives across channels and other teams. Champion a data-driven, consumer-centric approach to media planning and buying that drives both long-term brand equity and short-term performance.
  • Investment Stewardship & Governance - Ensure that global standards are followed and met, delivering the strongest return. 
  • Leadership & Capability Building - Be a key member of a high-performing Media Planning team, while coaching local teams on standard processes, innovation, and executional excellence. This includes fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning across internal and external media agency partners.  
  • Collaborator & Executive Influence - Serve as the subject matter expert for paid media, engaging with leadership, brand managers, other key internal collaborators, and external partners to drive alignment and advocacy. 
  • Innovation, Tech & Ecosystem Strategy - Stay at the forefront of industry trends, technologies, and platforms (e.g., AI, retail media, cookie deprecation) to future-proof our digital media strategy.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Significant experience in digital and programmatic media with a majority of that time spent in a regional leadership role, ideally at a top-tier brand, tech company or agency. 
  • Deep knowledge of the media landscape, ad tech ecosystem, and evolving privacy/regulatory environment. 
  • Exceptional executive presence, with the ability to influence key partners and inspire cross-functional teams. 
  • Proven success of media planning excellence, and strong campaign performance. 
  • Strong record of managing media agency relationships internally and externally. 
  • Passion for building inclusive teams, developing talent, and fostering a high-performance culture. 
  • A commitment to purposeful, ethical marketing in line with the LEGO Group's values and mission. 

Relocation 
There is no relocation budget for this role.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $100,906.00 - $151,360.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
