Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (required)
- Montessori Certified (required)
- CPR and First Aid Certification (required)
- Minimum of 3 years leading a Montessori based classroom in a Lead Teacher capacity
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding organizational and classroom management abilities
- Passion for mentoring and developing other educators
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced blended classroom environment
