In this role, you will be responsible for executing training development using ADDIE/SAM methodologies to maximize the learner experience and reflect best practices in instructional design and the latest educational technologies. This includes delivering a broad mix of solutions–such as face-to-face instruction, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), scenario-based learning, and eLearning courseware–that incorporate expert execution of voiceovers, videography, branding, color palettes, iconography, and animation-driven methods. This is a collaborative and highly creative role, partnering with subject matter experts, instructional designers, engineering, and product teams to deliver impactful learning outcomes.

Responsibilities:
You're a perfect match if you:

  • Convert instructor-led materials (presentations, facilitator guides, handouts) into engaging, modular online experiences aligned with adult learning best practices
  • Develop and produce customer-facing enablement assets, marketing content, user guides, and performance support materials, ensuring branding and visual standards are met
  • Apply accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508, WCAG) to all learning content and support institutional, regulatory, or client requirements for inclusivity
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects using agile or iterative project management methodologies; communicate clearly and meet delivery commitments in fast-paced environments
  • Provide consultation and best-practices guidance to teams deploying multimedia or digital content across functions (training, ops, marketing, faculty, customer experience)
You get bonus points if you:
  • Recommend and integrate emerging technology (AI-based tools, gamification, simulations, AR/VR) to enhance learner engagement and more efficient training development
  • Are committed to accessibility (Section 508/WCAG) in all digital deliverables
  • Are familiar with video servers/hosting (Vidyard), and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet)
  • Perform quality assurance reviews, content updates, and continuous improvement based on usability data and learner feedback
  • Test and troubleshoot eLearning modules for SCORM/xAPI compliance and cross-platform/LMS compatibility (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, custom solutions)
We know you have what it takes if you have:
  • Deep understanding of adult learning theory (andragogy, experiential learning, microlearning, blended learning)
  • Proficient in the ADDIE, SAM, and Agile Learning Design models
  • Strong ability to map learning objectives to outcome-driven instructional strategies and assessments.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Articulate 360 suite (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Camtasia, Vyond, Final Cut Pro, and Canva Pro
  • Excellent skills in video and audio production/editing, storyboarding, scripting, and developing animations/motion graphics
  • Experience in graphic design, data visualization, branding, and creating visually compelling eLearning experiences
  • Strong knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards, HTML5/CSS, and LMS integration
