National Training Manager Full Description

National Training Manager

Location: Remote, United States

The National Training Manager will support the National Operations Director with developing, facilitating, and supervising training programs for employees across the organization.  The Training Manager will partner with market leaders and subject matter experts to implement training programs and curriculum using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods. The position will focus on training with new hires, onboarding, compliance, and clinical/quality improvement.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify training needs by consulting with stakeholders across the markets
  • Collaborate on the development of training program materials 
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training to administrative and clinical employees within multiple locations 
  • Support employee onboarding and training in business acquisitions and denovos 
  • Serves as a point person for training content development 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in training on the electronic health record, Valant 
  • Serve as one of the administrators of the learning management system, Relias
  • Observe, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of training programs to senior leadership
  • Lead special training projects as directed by the National Director of Operations and/or COO 
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2 years of experience in training and development
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS office and related business and communication tools
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and excellent team player
  • Comfortable with remote position
  • Ideal candidate will live in Massachusetts 
  • Ability to travel between facilities as needed (up to 30%)
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, social work, counseling, or related field (Preferred)
  • Track record in developing and executing success training programs (Preferred)
