Highlights

Perform enterprise-level engineering, installation, management, maintenance, and support of network and telecommunications equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, voice gateways, servers, access points, IP phones, UPS, PDUs, racks, and cabinets.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair network issues in data centers, telecommunications rooms, and field sites following standard procedures and industry best practices.
Provide technical leadership and act as a primary escalation resource within the Network Services team.
Maintain and develop network documentation such as diagrams and procedures.
Required technical skills include Cisco routing, switching, security, telephony technologies, Aruba wireless, VoIP, Unified Communications, and experience with enterprise production networks.
Preferred knowledge includes experience with Solarwinds Orion, National Electric Code, TIA/EIA standards, and telecommunications room infrastructure.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Work schedule may include non-standard hours such as mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary range is $40.032 to $56.045 hourly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
