Physical Requirements  | The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 50lbs; occasionally standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with regular repetitive motions (such as typing); utilizing mouse, keyboard, and phone for portions of the day. Ability to travel to various locations on and off-campus for meetings, to provide service and install equipment.

Shift  | Primarily days (i.e. Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm) Please be aware that as an exempt position, job duties may occasionally require additional time in the evenings, nights and/or weekends to accomplish work goals in excess of 40 hours per week.

Job Summary  | The Network Specialist III is responsible for analyzing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing network infrastructure (wired and wireless) components. This position monitors, evaluates, and performs diagnostics on the wired and wireless network and its associated systems like AAA, logging, NTP, and SNMP monitoring systems. Responds to wired and wireless trouble tickets and troubleshoots complex issue to resolution. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work in both an incident response and project implementation atmosphere.
