Develop, coordinate, and implement program activities such as workshops, seminar series, conferences, and meetings.
Maintain regular communication with program leadership, faculty, students, and related campus departments.
Design and manage the program website, marketing, and newsletter materials.
Track and manage data on program activities, student participation, and budget expenses.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management within business or STEM fields required.
Strong organizational, oral and written communication, and time management skills essential.
Experience preferred in website development, graphic design, event coordination, internship program management, and budget data handling.
Employment is casual/temporary at 19 hours per week with a pay rate of $30 per hour and no benefits.
Position supports an interdisciplinary graduate training program involving Biology, Mathematics, and Business departments.
Employment term starts October 20, 2025, and ends August 28, 2026.
