Salary minimum: $47,500 per year.

Oversee the activation and ongoing utilization of both the Teaching Kitchen located in the University Health Center and the Wellness Kitchen within the Recreation and Wellness Center by coordinating cooking demonstrations, nutrition workshops, and hands-on programs to promote healthy eating habits and well-being. Develop, implement, and evaluate nutrition-focused events, services, and outreach efforts across campus. Facilitate presentations and collaborate with campus partners to market the program and enhance visibility and impact. Manage the program’s budget, prepare regular reports, and identify external funding opportunities through grant writing Lead and manage a team of graduate assistants and student employees, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
