Blu Omega is seeking a Nuvolo Training Specialist to support a federal program focused on healthcare services. This role operates within a remote environment and is responsible for supporting the rollout and training of the Nuvolo platform for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The position requires experience supporting training programs, developing instructional materials, and conducting virtual instructor-led training across multiple sites.

Mission overview: Supporting the deployment and adoption of Nuvolo Cloud-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system across sites, including training development, delivery, and user support

Responsibilities
- Support training for initial pilot implementation at four sites, with rollout planned to over one hundred sites
- Develop and update training content, including user guides, quick reference documents, job aids, self-paced courses, how-to videos, and web-based training materials
- Deliver virtual instructor-led training via webinars, including large sessions, small groups, and one-on-one sessions
- Assist in maintaining/updating Nuvolo-related webpages and SharePoint repositories
- Work with Help Desk staff to identify common user issues and incorporate solutions into training materials
- Provide application user maintenance support at local sites as needed
- Develop a strategic training plan and deliver quarterly updates
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience coordinating multiple training programs, including complex IT technical training
- Experience conducting virtual instructor-led Nuvolo end-user training
- Experience working with diverse end users across various roles
- Experience collaborating with senior business stakeholders on training strategies and plans
Compensation
Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000
Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
