Highlights

Lead specialized Wraparound Care training, consultation, and coaching for Colorado System of Care Workforce Capacity Center (CO-SOC WCC)
Assess Wraparound Care training needs and develop long-term plans with stakeholders
Provide technical assistance and coaching to ensure fidelity and effectiveness of Wraparound Care implementation
Collect, analyze, and report training data to Program Directors and partners including Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) and Behavioral Health Administration (BHA)
Offer specialized CANS assessment training and technical support for CO-SOC workforce
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related fields, four years of Wraparound Care experience, coaching and workforce development experience in behavioral health, strong leadership and facilitation skills
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree, up-to-date knowledge of coaching trends, strong critical thinking and report writing skills
Annual salary range: $75,000-$80,000
Two vacancies, full-time 40 hours/week
