This role provides essential customer service to residents and visitors, manages key administrative functions—such as mail, keys, equipment loans, and damage billing. You’ll collaborate with Residential Education, Learning Communities, and Facilities Operations staff to create a welcoming, well-maintained living environment.As a supervisor and mentor to student staff, you’ll help build strong leadership and customer service skills.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)  | Associate’s degree and one to three years of office support to include supervisory experience required. General knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheets) and Internet applications (email, world wide web) required.
