Office Manager
Location Requirements: Naperville Office.
In-Office Requirement: 3 days per week, with ability to attend 5 days when needed.
Your role on the team:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Office Manager will support our Naperville team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our office and provide direct support to the Managing Director and Leadership Team. The Office Manager plays a key part in fostering a welcoming and organized environment for our employees and clients.
You can expect to:
Leadership Support
- Coordinate the Managing Director’s calendar, prioritize scheduling, and manage conflicts efficiently
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations
- Track and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
Office Operations
- Partner with the Facility Manager to ensure daily office functions run smoothly
- Monitor office supply inventory, manage vendors, and maintain common spaces
- Coordinate food orders and logistics for team lunches, internal events, and client meetings
- Oversee mail, deliveries, and general administrative needs of the office
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Support the Leadership Team with planning and execution of on-site and virtual meetings
- Assist in organizing large team events, external client visits, and high-profile meetings
General Administrative Support
- Submit and track office-related purchases and expenses
- Field ad-hoc requests from leadership and staff with a positive, can-do attitude
- Take on "other duties as assigned" to support evolving office needs
What you bring to the role:
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a readiness to pitch in wherever needed
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within an organization.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in office management, executive support, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with calendar and travel tools (e.g., Outlook, Concur, Google Workspace, or similar)

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role includes a bonus, personalized PTO, and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401k, and much more!
