You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, personalized learning experiences as we continue to expand our reach globally.

Crimson Global Academy USA, is an accredited US private online high school and we're looking for qualified, passionate, and inspiring subject teachers who are looking to transform the future of Education. You'll get to be a part of a team of highly experienced teachers conduct lessons in small, engaging virtual classrooms. Our students are ambitious, studying with us part-time (in addition to their traditional school) or full-time (as their sole education provider). Many of our students are aiming to attend top universities in the US and UK.

We’re looking for a passionate teacher who can teach beginner to advanced levels across the AP and/or US Diploma curricula.

The role covers Social Studies for our Term 2 group class every Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 10:00 PM PST.
1 hour class (2 times a week) + 1 hour weekly teacher Office Hour + 2 hours of HW each week Classes will be a 55 minute academic hour to allow for time between classes

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized, high-quality instruction in a one-on-one virtual setting, adapting to each student's unique learning needs.
Utilize diverse teaching strategies and digital tools to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adjust teaching methods to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Plan and execute clear course schedules, detailing session content and assessment timelines.
Conduct professional, interactive live sessions, leveraging online learning resources to enhance the educational experience.
Set relevant homework, design and administer assessments, and provide constructive feedback to encourage student growth.
Develop educational materials, including tests and exams, contributing to CGA’s rich resource library.
Efficiently manage your online classroom on Canvas, keeping it organized with assignments and assessments for easy student access.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the subject area you wish to teach.
Experience teaching US grades 9-12 or teaching the subject area at the college level
Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and the CGA team.
Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative education methods.
Comprehensive knowledge of the US AP Curricula
The ability to dedicate at least 15-20 hours weekly for 6-9 months once you take a student.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s or higher degree in education or subject area you wish to teach
State teaching license
Prior experience teaching Honors or AP courses
Experience in teaching students AP Exam Prep
