Overview
Operations Coordinator
Full-Time | Remote
This position offices from home, and is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the company's operations in the Suncoast Region (FL, NC, SC, and GA) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
As an Operations Coordinator with Catapult Learning, you will:
- Coordinate Operations:
- Manage daily operations to ensure processes run smoothly.
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Oversee logistical aspects such as inventory and shipments.
- Create work orders and place orders for designated programs.
- Assist with teacher scheduling.
- Improve Processes:
- Identify areas for operational improvement.
- Develop and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Communicate:
- Serve as the point of contact between various stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication among team members, management, and external partners.
- Report and Document:
- Prepare and maintain operational reports.
- Document procedures and ensure adherence to policies and guidelines.
- Support year-end reporting with monthly upkeep.
- Manage Projects:
- Assist in planning and executing projects.
- Track project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
- Assist with billing reports.
- Manage upkeep of district portals.
- Solve Problems:
- Address operational issues and implement timely solutions.
- Liaise with relevant personnel to resolve conflicts and issues.
- Perform Administrative Tasks:
- Handle scheduling, meeting logistics, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Support management with budget planning and resource allocation.
- Maintain program and staffing workbooks.
- Perform compliance and eligibility checks.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
What we’ll need from you:
The positive, enthusiastic Operations Coordinator we seek has these qualifications.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or a related field. Experience in managing projects is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management.
- Strong comfort level with technology and working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
