Job Summary  | UOnline Center Senior Supervisor
We are in search of a senior supervisor for the UOnline Center. The UOnline Center provides a monitored testing environment for UOnline students. This role will provide day-to-day operations management of the UOnline Center, supervision of student employees, maintain / monitor exam processes, check-in/out students, support faculty in their use of the UOnline Center, exam related systems and provide UCL leadership with updates. This role requires strong organizational skills and a customer service focus.

Direct/Manage/Supervise day-to-day operations for a division/business unit. Oversee all applicable functions (e.g., sales, logistics, operations, manufacturing, marketing, engineering). Responsible for managing profit and loss (P&L), developing budgets, and setting revenue goals. Establish strategies, objectives, and goals for the division/business unit, while meeting the organizational vision, standards, and priorities. Provide leadership, coaching, counseling, and career development opportunities to staff. May also oversee operations for a single independent site.

Responsibilities  | UOnline Center Senior Supervisor Department Specific Responsibilities: Daily preparation of service specific applications for examination requests from faculty, scheduling system for students and monitoring/proctoring systems within the exam facility Oversees daily operation and logistics regarding the administration of academic exams, proctoring duties and responsibilities, maintains exam security and integrity and manages any discrepancies within the service Performs all training requirements and needs for part time student employees Maintains records to support and advance the program Supervises subordinate staff

Senior Supervisor Responsibilities:Direct/Manage/Supervise day-to-day operations for a division/business unit. May spend a portion of time performing the work of those they supervise. Assists with management decisions and activities. Working knowledge of team function within the organization.

Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 4 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience.
Minimum Qualifications  | EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels:
Senior Supervisor, Operations Management – Division/Business Unit (Non-Executive): Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 4 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience.
