  • Prepare for professional development session facilitation by practicing with the SchoolOps team and integrating detailed feedback into your presentation.
  • Facilitate high quality professional development sessions both in-person and remotely
  • Manage session facilitation logistics, both in person and on Zoom (for in-person sessions, this may include some light ops support, such as distributing lunch orders or cleaning up the room at the close of the session)
  • For in-person sessions, manage your own travel logistics such that you are on-time, composed, and well-prepared for session facilitation.

Requirements
Location
This is both a remote and in-person role, as we provide PD both remotely via Zoom and in-person in the geographies we serve. Travel is required if facilitating in-person sessions, and slight preference will be given to candidates who are willing and able to facilitate both remote and in-person sessions.

Skills and Experience
  • Candidates have at least three years of experience working in a director-level operations role in K-12 education
  • Principals, assistant principals, and others who may not have “operations” in their job title but oversaw significant operational workstreams are encouraged to apply.
