University of Florida is hiring an OPS Academic Success Coach. This role provides one-on-one and small-group academic coaching to help students with planning, goal setting, and navigating barriers to graduation. The coach also coordinates academic support programs and workshops as part of the Office of Academic Support team.
Highlights
Provide one-on-one and small-group coaching using a case management approach
Coordinate academic support services, including interventions, workshops, and advising
Monitor and document student academic progress using relevant software
Build rapport with students to foster an inclusive, supportive environment
Support the creation of Academic Enrichment Workshops and OAS student leader training
Bachelor's degree required
Graduate student status or a degree in education, counseling, or a related field preferred, with at least one year of experience in academic or student affairs
Part-time position requiring 15-20 hours per week
Hourly pay range of $18.00-$25.00, commensurate with education and experience
