Department Overview:
The mission of the Information Technology Group (ITG) is to develop, implement and maintain technology-based services and solutions enabling OHSU to effectively manage information to accomplish its missions.

This position will be part of a dynamic, energetic and highly collaborative team that supports the organization in the use of data and information to further OHSU's mission to strive for excellence in education, research and scholarship, clinical practice and community service. Members of the Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics (BIAA) team work to apply knowledge and best practices to develop, analyze, implement, maintain, and assist end users in leveraging applications and BI Tools (Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, etc.) to analyze enterprise data for informed decision making throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Masterâs degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field and four years' work related experience in the information technology field or a combination of clinical or operational healthcare environments; OR
Bachelorâs degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field and six years' work related experience in the information technology field or a combination of clinical or operational healthcare environments; OR
Associateâs degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field and seven years' work-related experience in the information technology field or a combination of clinical or operational healthcare environments; OR
Eight years work related experience in the information technology field or a combination of clinical or operational healthcare environments;Â OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience where one year of experience will be substituted for an Associateâs degree and two years of experience will be substituted for a Bachelorâs degree.
Minimum three years of business analyst experience.
Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting associated business requirements for large-scale IT projects.
Experience planning and managing large-scale IT projects.

This is a remote role with a Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm shift.
