(Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000/annually)

What You Offer

Experience 
  • Create, execute, and manage paid social marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions on websites and landing pages 
  • Identify audience segments, targeting tactics, and platform/channel mix
  • Put different elements to the test – run trials on your ad creative, landing page designs, beta opportunities, new vendors and other campaign elements to maximize results
  • Perform frequent, in-depth data analysis to spot trends/shifts in the landscape and opportunities to improve performance and ROI
  • Design and create graphics, short videos and other social media creative assets
  • Plan, create, publish and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Collaborate cross-channel with other teams to improve performance

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field OR relevant work experience

Required Skills:
  • 1+ years of managing paid social campaigns across Meta 
  • Graphic design and content creation
  • Experience with 3rd party social media management and monitoring tools, such as Brandwatch, Falcon, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency using GA4 to identify and report on performance trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically for trend analysis
  • An understanding of the Higher Education and Post-Secondary Education sector
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro and Canva for photo and video content
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns across TikTok, SnapChat, Reddit, etc.
