Job Summary The College and Career Navigator supports adult learners in identifying and achieving their preferred career and postsecondary Pathway Plans. This role involves direct student engagement to develop strategies for overcoming barriers to success, providing guidance on educational and career opportunities, and fostering connections between students and necessary resources

Job Duties: Keep current students engaged and provide ongoing support services.
Assist students with setting goals and planning for their future.
Support and maintain compliance with the Graduating to Greatness program a free college preparation course offered by Adult Education
Complete and maintain all state-required documentation accurately and on time.
Travel between Adult Education sites and community partners as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills; high attention to detail; independent; self-motivated; able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with many individuals at all levels throughout the internal college environment and external business and community partners, representing himself/herself professionally and courteously.
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and, in writing.
Ability to multi-task, work under deadlines, and prioritize projects to meet deadlines with high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Forms, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Word).

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in and understanding of working with students from diverse populations is preferred.
Experience working at the community college level is preferred.
