JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Dr Krish Sathian's lab at Penn State College of Medicine is offering a Part-Time Research Support position to help carry out a research project in synesthesia at the University Park campus in State College, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Recruiting, screening, and scheduling participants 
  • Maintaining the participant database 
  • Collecting and recording data in accordance with research objectives, and monitoring data quality 
  • Monitoring the safety and confidentiality of the project and its participants 
  • Assisting in preparing manuscripts and abstracts for publication
  • Assisting the Principal Investigator with Institutional Review Board requirements as necessary 

Preferred Education and Experience:
Knowledge of synesthesia and some prior research experience are required; experience with the MRI environment.
